☯Context☯
Braid Girl (辮子姑娘) is an urban legend in Hong Kong. 
In the 1950s to 1970s, a large number of mainland Chinese people escaped to Hong Kong through various means, one of which was by hiding in the livestock trains on this railway to reach their destination and then escaping by jumping off the train. Legend has it that a braided hair girl jumped off the train near CUHK, her hair got caught, and as a result, her scalp and facial skin were torn off, leading to a tragic death.
