This game is developed for Space Game Junkie's 10th Anniversary Game Jam

It's kind of a coincidiece. When i found this space theme game jam, it also was the time SpaceX about to finish their full stack Starship for orbital test. And it inspires me to decide to make a quick game about Starship

One of the unique feature of Starship is the orbital refueling. A tanker Starship can dock with a payload Starship inorbit and do refueling, which means if you can send 150 tons payload to low earth orbit, you technicially can send this payload to anywhere in solar system by continuous refueling. And i forsee that once SpaceX successfully accomplish their idea, lots of sci-fi games/movies/novels... in the future will adapt it. And we will see more shiny space tower refueling in space and landing on planets.

So Yep. This is one of the games about this space tech concept.
